7th Day in South Africa. May 18, 2015. Today we stayed at Blessman’s to work in the Sewing Center for the morning. We worked on beading and knockoff patterning. Some of the other students with us are merchandising students and are working on the business side of the Sewing Center which is really coming along well! A journey to South Africa. Final leg of trip! December 6, 2010. So, here’s my past 3 weeks…. The last 2 days at my service site went very well. we had a farewell dinner our last night in Pietermaritzburg. the 2 women from the refuge came. we gave them little gifts, took lots of pictures, and said our goodbyes (im not very good at goodbyes, but i know this was not goodbye forever, so it wasn’t too bad). Went cave exploring, and just relaxed. We reached our final destination on november 25th; Cape Town!
