In fact, Lexington was so wonderful, I have thought about that trip in early June nearly every day since. 1/2 cup of organic, all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup of white whole-wheat flour. 1/2 tsp. sea salt. 1/3 cup cold, hard butter.
