It was yummy and I was able to easily eat within my guidelines. I had a few ounces of ham, 3 baby carrots, a tiny amount of cabbage with onion, and half of a dinner roll. I used a few sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. Plus there are 4 grams of protein, since it uses lots of egg whites. I ate it plain and it was delicious! Posted by Beverly Tilton.

By now i was doubled over in pain that was constant and i was crying all the way to the hospital. ER was empty in the waiting room so i got called back quickly.
