Beyond the marathon…. Tom Meldrum’s ultra marathon blog. And other stuff. Laquo; Why am I doing this? Tough, tough race. I will post a full report later. Suffered diarrhoea from first hour onwards. Then came the vomiting. Still roughly on schedule. Peed for the first time at hr 12 – it was very dark brown. Damage done. Eventually ended up in tent for several hours. Got up and jogged a few laps to finish. Result? Just under 92 miles – some 50 miles short of what I wanted. Feed You can leave a response.

Best results if applied about an hour or so before, so that they’ll set prior to running. Remove immediately after running for easy removal. Small sizes are good for shorter distances, but larger sizes for 20 miles or longer. I may have found a better option in Nexcare Active Waterproof Skin Cover.
