We've been getting several a day almost every day since. While I love zucchini, I can only eat it so many days in a row before I get a little sick of it. We've done zucchini fries, zucchini quesadillas. I hope you love this one as much as we do! Barely adapted from allrecipes.com. 1 1/2 cups white sugar. 2 cups all-purpose flour.

I frosted some devil's food cupcakes with this frosting and topped it with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings, and oh man, it was completely amazing. Trust me, if you like Nutella, try this. It is amazing. 1 cup powdered sugar. 5 Tb butter, at room temperature. 1/4 tsp. salt. 1/3 cup heavy cream. I LOVE cupcakes and these look amazing.

I finally perfected the recipe and Corey made sure that I wrote it down so that these ("best potatoes you've ever made") make it on to our dinner table more frequently. 2 lbs baby red or yellow potatoes, washed and quartered. 2 Tb olive oil. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely minced (or 1/2 tsp. dried). 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic salt. 1/2 tsp. dried parsley (or 2 tsp. fresh). 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper. 1/4 tsp. salt.

You will love me more than you already do after you make this cake. 1 package lemon cake mix. 1 c sour cream (8 oz). 1 small package lemon instant pudding. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients.
