I looked at my pins on Pinterest and found a recipe that I thought I'd try. Turns out it was delicious! 1/2 Cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/2 Cup butter, softened. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 Cup AP flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 apple, peeled, chopped. Tuna with Celery and Walnuts. 1 Can of tuna, drained. 1 Celery stalk minced. 3 Tbs walnuts, toasted and chopped. 2 tsp olive oil. 2 tsp capers, drained. 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped. 1/2 tsp lemon juice. 1 Tbs mayo (optional, I added mine to bind all the rest).
