Philosophy – The J! Our Centers What We Do and Why. Blocks are one of the most valuable learning tools in our classroom. When children build with blocks they learn about sizes and shapes, spatial relationships, math concepts and problem solving. When children lift, stack, shove and move blocks, they learn about weight and size.
