The Big Book of Me. Tuesday, January 6, 2009. I can't believe it has already been 8 years since I first held my tiny little baby twins in my arms! The time has gone by so quickly, and already they are baptized! It's even more daunting when I realize that in half as many more years, they will be 12 and recieving the priesthood! Evan and Elden had a wonderful day, and I think they truly grasped the meaning and significance of this major step in their lives. I was so proud of them! The Big Book of Me.

Evan was a little sad that his car, Planetary Orbit, didn't win a single race. But, he was a very good sport through the whole event and was very excited for Elden, who made it all the way to the quarter-finals with his car, The Monkey Mobile. Friday, October 8, 2010. Even more than thinking about my mom, though, my thoughts drifted to the last funeral that I attended- a little over 1 month ago. My sweet friend, Janeece, lost her battle with cancer at the age of 26. She is survived by just about everyone in her family - including her dear husband and her 2 children. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. 90% Boy, 95% Girl? So, as I mentioned a few posts back, I had an ultrasound awhile ago to check on some crazy bleeding. That ultrasound showed that I had plecenta previa (my placenta was sitting over my cervix), and that there was something extra in the lower region of my baby's body- which led my Dr. to say (at 13 weeks) that he was 90% sure that I was having a boy.
