Wednesday, 23 April 2014. Time away and a mixed bag hunt. A bunch of public holidays have come together and with a couple of carefully planned annual leave days I find myself off for ten days - more than enough time to hunt, spend some time with my girls and get a few things done as well. Now by writing this, theres a very important chapter Ive conveniently skipped - ten days on the chital - however I will come back to that shortly, might as well get on with the new. Thursday, 4 July 2013. Early in life I started collecting things. It all began with postage stamps. Thinking back, I had no real philatelic passions, but the fact that there were so many to collect, such variety, some so exotic, some so rare, it somehow made it an exciting process. Collecting postage stamps, exciting ay? Then I started hunting. Wandering through some quite remote bushland I would come across weathered and rusted memories of people who came before me. And I collected them.

Friday, 23 May 2014. A bad year in review. I feel like a broken record, scratched, repeating, Im not in the greatest condition, worn out with a load of scuff marks. The last year or so has brought new meaning to the term .a long day at the office. . And as someone who doesnt shy away from hard work or long hours, I’m buggered! Friday, 9 May 2014.
