Nina´s Abnehmblog 30 Kg müssen runter egal wie. Sonntag, 5. April 2015. Fast zwei Jahre sind vergangen. Und ich habe mein Ziel nicht erreicht :-( Mein bestes Gewicht lag ende 2014 bei 78,5 kg. Doch nun ist es wieder so weit, ich fühle mich schlecht, elend und ich fühle mich einfach nur FETT. Meine Waage zeigt derzeit 83,5 kg. Ich muss mich jetzt nicht verstecken, ich kann vieles anziehen und ich denke keiner würde mich auf der Straße als Dick bezeichnen. Wenn man immer das Gefühl hat nicht fertig zu sein?
