Taste of the Town: Fevered Pitch!
http://thetasteofthetown.blogspot.com/2010/04/fevered-pitch.html
Monday, April 26, 2010. How do you put together a terrific event where everyone wins? Well first you have to start with a 105 year old agency; that would be Family Services, Inc. Then you add succulent food from 21 fabulous Winston-Salem area restaurants, and a lively Blues and Bluegrass band, which would be the Twin City Buskers. There are lots more packages like that as well. The silent auction has a wide assortment of items you could even buy for your Mom or wife for upcoming Mother's Day (May 9th).

http://thetasteofthetown.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 3, 2009. Well, it was a fabulous evening at Taste of the Town.Derby Style 2009! If you weren't there, you missed a delicious, entertaining fun-packed evening. Not only was the 135th Running of the Roses a giant upset with Mine That Bird. Beating the field handily to the tune of 50-1 odds, but the favored horse, Get My Revenge dropped out of the race early in the day! Thank you so much to all of them:. The Old Fourth Street Filling Station. Heavenly Cheesecakes by Becky. Blue Ridge Ice Creams.
