Saturday saw the team gather again for the 3rd round of the Benchmark Homes Elite Cycle Series. 135km around the North Canterbury region was on the menu with a garnish of wind, cold and gravel to spice things up! Then video footage is captured from the back, front and sides as you ride on the stationary trainer. How you sit on the bike, how your feet sit in your shoes and how your shoe is placed on the pedal(cleat placement) is measured.
