Monday, June 30, 2008. Gate city Grind. The home town support was great! Legs felt great. Raced like Crap. The crit melted me down which I could not help my team for as long as I needed to help them. Sunday, September 28, 2008. Go off the paleo diet and take up the anorexia diet. Get to do all the cross races but finish poorly. And still be able to Pay the bills. Stay on Paleo Diet. Sunday, March 30, 2008. Slammer 1 through 4. These two in a break from the gun. So with less than 10 miles to go, Tad(aka George) attacked and the field stuck to him like a sticky green buger. I had some mucinex in my pocket which broke up the mucus. I was on the solo rampage. I was hurting big time getting rid of the fresh legs! Monday, May 05, 2008. Well tonight was just another trip to the grocery store with Justin, to get some food in the house. While pushing the cart past the cereal with J-rose tagging along behind, I notice two guys ahead that are TOGETHER. Shopping. Tonight there has been a 10 foot radius put on us, while shopping together. It's not easy picking up ladies at the G store when your BFFL is looking more like My BF! Friday, October 19, 2012. 2012 is a wrap. The 2012 season is now officially done. I am currently taking a short period of time off the bike so that I can rest up and get ready for the 2013 season. Right now I am in Tucson, AZ where I will be for the rest of the winter training. California was a good time, with one big road ride the first day we got there. It was 100miles with 11,000ft of climbing. Here is a video of the day. Stay tuned for some exciting news on the 2013 season. Cycling In A Toque.

Thursday, July 19, 2012. 2012 Season coming to an end. Next up was the historic Gastwon Grand Prix that was brought back since 2008. This was an awesome race with up to 25,000 spectators. Was a fast race and great course. Had a good time. Ben ended 4th and I got 7th. Exergy Twilight-photo credit idahostatesman. I'm back in Boulder for a week now until Crit Nationals next weekend in Grand Rapids, MI. Followed by Elk Grove in Chicago which will wrap up my 2012 season. TT Rig getting ready for Elk Grove.

Mit dem Rad in Südamerika. In 350 Tagen etwa 15 000 km unterwegs mit dem Fahrrad zwischen Patagonien und Äquator von September 2008 bis August 2009. Nach der Rückkehr von dieser Reise in den Alltag war unser Fernweh noch lange nicht geheilt.
