My tummy is getting bigger and my waist line is horrible compared to my younger days. I am not fit enough to even run consecutively for 10 minutes. Sunday, June 02, 2013. 昨晚睡不著的時候，就不斷在想，究竟這半年來我做了什麼。其實過去的五個月是充實的。無論是看的電影數量（雖然比以前少了很多，還是有一個月平均三部）、看的書（每個月一本）、志業的投入等等，都做了很多。可是還是覺得自己的生活缺乏了些什麼似的。所以當某人離開去增廣視野見聞時，我就無所適從了。也許我還是不能夠自己完全獨立。以前不明白上人所說的以秒為時間單位的運用，是多麼的豐富。幾天以前突然有了很深刻的體會。一般人懈怠的時候，可能會說，我下個十分鐘、或下個小時、甚至是明天才做某件事。但是如果是以秒為單位的話，就必須是“我下一秒就要做”。真的是要偷懶都不行。這樣的單位運用，我要好好借鑑。就以接下來的這一個星期學習。金錢、時間、家人、朋友、健康（包括飲食和運動）、志業、事業，都需要很好的平衡。對我這個天秤來說，是多了一些。要更用心。 Yours sincerely, bin.
