1 装置的起动及配置:首先打开氦气瓶,调节减压阀使压力为0.6-KPa以上,依此打开计算机、气相及质谱电源，然后在系统设置进行相应的设定。 3配制样品和标准溶液 也可在平衡系统时配制 ，用合适的0.45μm滤膜过滤. 该仪器由美国Thermo公司生产, 内外全不锈钢板材制造，防锈抗氧化,温度范围广，-20至-86度,高性能二级压缩机，噪音低，能适应高温度环境,控制器置中，方便观察和操作,带锁门把手,对多项故障声光报警, 多个独立隔间，便于存放,提供超低温冰箱专用冻存架和冻存盒，最大程度的利用空间。 1 通过set temperature 键设置相应温度，并使其运行。 2 通过mode键设置low Alarm和high Alarm. 3 通过pulse on与 pulse off的时间设置粉碎频率。 首先基于蛋白固有电荷，通过等电聚焦 isoelectric focusing IEF 进行第一向蛋白分离，然后根据蛋白的质量，在第二向中通过SDS-PAGE电泳进行蛋白分离。 1 按 power 键，将电源开关接通。 1 接通稳压器开关待10秒钟后,在工作方式旋于自动位置,选择开关旋于220V输出位置。

本实验室承担了生命科学学院本科四年级生物基地班、生物科学专业的 生物化学技术 和 生物科学大实验 两门实验课的教学任务。 1987年毕业于四川大学生物系植物专业, 获理学学士学位，1996年获理学硕士学位， 2004年获植物发育生物学与生物技术博士学位。 承担了 药物分析 、 代谢调控 课程的教学任务及 生物化学技术 的实验指导任务。 同时，为了发挥西部特色，充分利用西南地区特有的动植物和微生物资源，从中分离制备和鉴定具有重要药用成分和生理活性的化学成分 如具有治疗高血压和冠心病的黄酮类化合物、具有抑癌作用的萜类化合等 ，实验室在国内率先开设 天然产物的分离制备技术 实验课。 随着 523 工程的顺利实施，实验室积极开展教研教改，承担了教育部、四川省教研项目10多项，其中 生命科学本科实验教学创新体系建立和实践 获得2005年度国家级教学成果二等奖和四川省高等教育成果一等奖。 初步建立起了 基础性实验 综合性实验 研究性实验 的多模块式的新型实验体系。 开出的实验课程有 自然地理学实验 、 生态学实验 、 环境科学实验 、 环境生物学大实验 ，以及生态专业三年级学生的 生产实习 ，即野外生物学实习。
