زیست شناسی برای همه. آزمایشگاه زیست گیاهی- جلسه چهارم. رنگ آمیزی بافت های گیاهی. برای مشاهده بافت های گیاهی که معمولا با رنگیزه های مختلف همراه هستند. اولین مرحله رنگ زدایی بافت هاست. به این منظور معمولا از آب ژاول ۲۰ استفاده می شود. زمان قرارگیری در آب ژاول برای نمونه های گیاهی مختلف متفاوت است. به عنوان مثال برش های ساقه نعناع ۱۰-۵ دقیقه و ساقه های جگن را ۲۰-۱۵ دقیقه در آب ژاول نگاه می داریم. رنگ آمیزی به دو صورت ساده و مضاعف انجام می شود. ۲-برشها را دو تا سه بار با آب بشوئید. ۶-برشها را با آب بشوئید.

Assimilation takes place in the cells where the nutrients are used to form complex compounds or structural components.
