The Healy Group currently has lab space in both Hearst Memorial Mining Building (above left), which is home to the Materials Science and Engineering Department, and Stanley Hall (above right), which is the home to the Bioengineering Department and QB3. The lab space in Hearst in primarily used for surface science, while the lab space in Stanley is primarily used for tissue culture, molecular biology, and synthesis of tissue engineering scaffolds. 2 Tissue culture rooms - one for ES and iPS cells.
