为加强实验室危险废弃物的管理，减少实验室安全隐患和防止环境污染，根据 中华人民共和国环境保护法 、 中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法 、 废弃危险化学品污染环境防治办法 国家环境保护总局令第27号 、 病原微生物实验室生物安全环境管理办法 、 四川大学实验室安全与环保管理条例 等相关法律法规及规章制度，特制定本办法。 实验室及设备管理处 以下简称“设备处” 负责学校实验室危险废弃物的管理工作，主要职责为. 各相关单位应根据工作需要设置实验室危险废弃物专 兼 职管理人员，负责本单位实验室危险废弃物的管理工作 每个实验室必须指定专人负责本实验室的危险废弃物的收集、处理等工作 各相关单位将实验室危险废弃物专 兼 职管理人员信息报设备处备案。 要求在冰柜显著位置标示“实验动物尸体及废弃物专用”字样并如实填写“动物尸体及废弃物存放登记表”，冰柜内不得放置其它物品。 热线电话 028-85990207 接听电话时间 工作日9:00至17:00.
