January 11, 2017. I struggle more during the winter time , the cold weather and decreasing hours make me feel blah , even when the sun is out it doesn’t feel warm just bright and cold . I have suffered from bipolar disorder since I was about 9 years old, at the time I didn’t know that there was a name for it. My mom and everyone else just dealt with my crying and screaming moods and there were a lot of those fits. I am the oldest child in my family , my childhood was unstable and chaos as we moved around all the time. I have always felt like I don’t fit in, I avoid crowds and loud noises , I dislike parties.
