taylor made: Golden Rod from Needham Park.
http://annajoantaylor.blogspot.com/2011/10/golden-rod-from-needham-park.html
Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Golden Rod from Needham Park. When i drove from Ontario to Nova Scotia I could see the goldenrod along the highway as it seemed to pass through seasons from summers bright early blooms to falls fading flowers as we got closer to the coast. When i arrived and talked to a few wild flower enthusiasts I found that it had bloomed early and quickly went out to gather what little i could salvage before it was gone entirely. Anna J. Taylor. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Tools of the Trade. Ok well the skill level .fluctuates when it comes to me and embroidery. I'm not a strict artist even in my more familiar disciplines but the "Van Dyke" pattern used to create leaves is AWESOME (and what a cool name for an old embroidery technique).perhaps more fun than effective at my skill level but all in all the cushion was definitely a good DIY project that makes all subsequent DIY projects an even greater joy. Semiplume: Knitting project
http://semiplume.blogspot.com/2011/01/knitting-project.html
Friday, January 7, 2011. During the holidays I started and completed this scarf made with rowan "drift" in the wanderer colour. I didn't want to go off and go crazy on the pattern as the yarn was so exceptional. It's toasty and soft and I plan on wearing it a lot this winter. I love knitting with chunky yarn; everything is so quick to make! January 7, 2011 at 1:56 PM. First scarves are always the most rewarding and perfect wool choice too! January 23, 2011 at 4:57 PM. That looks so cozy! Where to find me.
