Bird Stop Off Place

http://birdsbyal.blogspot.com/2007/12/this-beautiful-gods-creature-flew.html

Thursday, December 20, 2007. This bird hit the glass at just about dark and was conscious but not ready to fly so we put her in a box and put it in our Patio. She had blood in her right eye that did not look good. We put her in God's care for the night. In the morning,. I got the box out of the patio and the Cardinal was moving around very vigorously. I took it to the front door and opened it. It flew away so fast I could hardly see it. Thank God! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Bird Stop Off Place.

Thursday, November 15, 2007. Kermit. or is it Kremit? Kermit was the second baby that my parents handraised from Coco and Charlie. He did not get a lot of handling as a baby because shortly after weaning my mother was hospitalized and then not able to do a lot with the birds. I got Kermit when he was 4 years old. Of all the parrots I have known, Kermit has been the most brilliant talker! One of the baby's landed on his cage on day, frightening Kermit. He flipped upside down on his perch and cried out...

It's a Bird's Life: The Amazon Aroma

http://amazonparrotfamily.blogspot.com/2009/02/amazon-aroma.html

Sunday, February 1, 2009. But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14 NAS. It is fascinating to discover the way in which God uses His creation to illustrate different aspects of His Word. Every time I smell the pleasant fragrance the parrots exude when they come into my presence, I am reminded of the way we exude a pleasant aroma of His presence to those who are around us!
