Pelvic outlet too small? Pelvic outlet too small? If I have a smaller pelvis, is it possible that my body would have grown my son to be the perfect size for the birth through my pelvis, but his head may have needed time to mold to fit all through the birth canal? If forceps have their own width, is it possible that they added several cm to the circumference of the head making it thus bigger?
