Some estimates claim it’ll be about $1 million a year (Good Lord – $60 million for just the boxes is more than some teams’ payrolls). But why not higher? I mean, given the number of rich-ass law firms, consulting firms and financial firms in New York, is there an upper limit to how much they could charge? Why not $2 or $3 million a year?
