Established 10.30.10. Sunday, March 15, 2015. Baby Shower and Nursery. Last weekend I was thrown an awesome baby shower. It was such a fun night - pretty decor, great food, fun games and gifts - who could ask for more? Baby Boender is definitely spoiled already and I have a LOT of thank you's to send out :). Kudos to ALL my awesome sisters (all 8 of them) for planning and throwing the shower and helping with food etc. I don't know who all did what but am thankful for everything each one of them did!

Thursday, March 28, 2013. I decided to be brave and let Kate and Aubrey do a little finger painting yesterday. They did an awesome job and loved it. Kate kept telling me, "I know play mom, I go to paint." One paint mess a day is enough for me so she has to wait to paint another masterpiece. It was so amazing to see their personalities come out so strong in their painting styles. Kate's was very organized with the colors not touching and Aubrey was all over mixing her colors. :). Friday, September 6, 2013. Gateway Arch - Final day. Distracting them from blowing the whistle while we waited for our turn to go up into the arch. :). All nice and cozy in our capsule getting ready to go up. Another fun thing that Jaren and Kurtis did was attend a St. Louis Cardinals game. It was a very long game and they didn't get back to the hotel until after 1 am, but they had a really good time. Here's a picture of the stadium from the top of the arch.
