AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 私の３０代も真ん中地点に。忙しかったので忘れてたけど、ゴールデンウィークの辺りで私のシドニー滞在歴も７年目になりました。とりあえず年齢に関係なく、家族みんな健康で、楽しい１年を過ごせれば、と思います。 本当は旦那さんがメルボルンに行こうなど色々提案してくれたのですが、２，３日の為に子連れで飛行機の旅は腰が重く、シドニーから近場でゆっくりをお願いしたのでした。シドニーから運転時間も短くて行けるところは限られているし、ビーチにはちょっと寒いので今回は山へ。。山の方がもちろん寒いんだけど、空気が綺麗でとっても癒されました。 旦那さんと二人だけだった時のようにトレッキングなどは出来ませんでしたが、普通に近所の公園でモモを遊ばせたり、カフェでお茶をしたり、眺めのいい展望台でのんびりしたりと十分楽しい時間が過ごせました。 子連れだとコンドミニアムみたいのが便利ですが、今回は母さん何もしたくないわよ、と言う事であえてキッチンなどの付いていないホテル、 Lilianfels. ラベル: Travel - New South Wales. 9675;ちょっとず...

AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 生後1カ月と2週間位がたってしまいましたが。。。 このへんで記録を。 丁度1カ月位の時に1カ月検診に行ってきました。本当は1回目の検診は助産婦さんが家に来てくれるものの、うちは家に車庫がなくって、周りの路上駐車は2時間限定と説明したところ（住民じゃない人は）、じゃあパーキングが見つけられないかもだから Early Child Center まで来てちょうだいと言われました。なるべく外に出かける練習をしてるところだったので、まぁいいんだけど。。 9675; 体重は退院時の3.5kgから800g増えて4330g. 9675; 身長は誕生時の57cmから58.5cmに. 9675; もう寝る時にお気に入りのサイドがあるので頭の形がいびつになりつつあるとの事。昼間寝てる時にタオルを背中に挟んで、お気に入りのサイドとは反対方向を向かせて寝るようにと言われる（オーストラリアは睡眠中の突然死を防ぐために、枕などは使わないようにとの指導をうけます）. 9675; だいぶ目が見えるようになってきたのか、人を目で追うようになった. 最近は目が見えるようになってき...

AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 前回の日記を書いた翌日の日曜日の朝からおしるしが始まり、２，３日後には陣痛が始まるかなと思っていたら月曜日の日中から陣痛が始まり、予定日ぴったりの７月１３日の火曜日に3786g, 57cmと大きくて背の高い男児を出産しました。一体どうやって彼が私のお腹に収まっていたかは謎です。笑. ブログ上でのベイビーの名前は妊娠中からのあだ名のモモでいこうかと思います（性別がわかる前につけたあだ名）。 ベイビーは可愛いけどすでに睡眠不足です。しかも出産で自分の体が完全にリカバーしていない上での寝不足、プラス母乳をあげるためにおっぱいが痛かったりで、世界中のお母さん達には脱帽です。病院にいる間はなにもわからない私にどの助産婦さん達も本当によくしてくれて、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 今日はモモ誕生から１週間と言うことでお家で小さなお祝いをしました。毎晩両親の作るご飯に、私も旦那さんも甘やかされています。 39週と4日目。予定日まであと3日。まだまだカウントダウン中です。 週末の宴＆Spicer Street Cafe. この日はさむーい夜で、み...

AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 いつも週末はと言うと、お友達とちょこっと会って、食料品のお買いものに行って、家の掃除をして、いつもの公園に行って。。な感じで終わってしまいがちですが、先週はちょっと足を延ばして（と言っても家から車で１０分程）Glebe の公園まで行ってみました。 ここは大きな公園プラス水辺のお散歩コースもあったりで、天気のいい日はお勧めです。水辺をお散歩中はお昼寝してたモモ。モモが起きた後は芝生のある公園へ。 わざわざGlebe まで行ったのには訳があり、大人の目的はここの近くにあるお寿司屋さん！週末スペシャルをやっているのを思い出して１年ぶりに行ってきました。 週末スペシャルは6種類位の中から選べるメインにサラダ・揚げだし豆腐・ご飯・お味噌汁つきで$15.80。この日は旦那さんとお寿司とお刺身セットをシェア。 ここは約1年前に母が出産の手伝いに来てくれていた時に、モモが産まれて3週間後、初めて旦那さんがお母さんと二人で息抜きに行ってきなよと言ってくれた時にお出かけしたお寿司屋さんです。 あの時の事. デイケアでの活発ぶりも相変わらずで、この間...

Merry Christmas from Japan です。 モモの初めてのクリスマスは日本で過ごしています。思っていたより寒くない日本だけど、明日はまた寒くなるそうな。。 . モモは行きの飛行機の中でも良い子にしていてくれて、とっても助かりました！（飛行機での様子はまた書きます）。ただ日本に来て以来お腹を壊しているモモ。始めて具合が悪くて病院に行きました。本人はいたって元気なのですが、お腹を壊して回数をたくさんするので、お尻が真っ赤でかわいそうです。そんな中名古屋＆京都の旅行にも行き、ちょっと大変でした。モモも環境が色々と変わって疲れてしまうと思うので、なるべくまったりと毎日を過ごしています。 写真は日本へ帰国の前にシドニーで撮ったサンタさんとの一枚。モモは愛嬌があると言うか、外面が良く、人にあやされると誰でも笑顔なので、この写真もカメラの前で頑張ってくれてたお姉さんのお陰でめっちゃ笑顔。笑. 9675;あやすと毎回のように笑ってくれたりで、かわいい。笑&#...9675;私達が手に持...

AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 忙しかった仕事もちょっと一段落し、もう今年も残すことあと１カ月はのんびりと休みモードで行きたい、今日この頃です。 最近モモと一緒に行った水族館。初めて水族館に連れて行った６カ月頃の時とは違って、水族館に着くなり'ワーオ'連発したりと、かなり反応してくれるので、連れて行った親達も楽しませてもらいました。 水族館はかなり癒しな空間で、親達も癒されました。モモがもうちょっと大きくなったら年間パスとかを買わされるのだろうか。。。この日は暑かったので、水族館の中は冷房が効いて涼しく、とても気持ちよかったです。公園で走り回るのを追いかけ回すよりも、何気に優雅な時間が過ごせるかも、と思ったのでした。 昨日は久しぶりに結婚式にお呼ばれ。久しぶりと言っても、ここ２，３年私の周りは結婚、出産ラッシュなので、モモも１歳４カ月にして、４回目（婚約パーティーを入れると５回目）の結婚式出席となりました。 ここ最近（１歳と３カ月）の目立った成長＆変化は. 9675;日本に行って、ちょっとママっ子になりました。たぶん最初は慣れない地で私しか知って...9675;言葉を話すと...

AustraliaのSydneyより。日々の日記＆写真です。 今週で３８週目に！妊婦生活も終盤に近づいてきました。妊婦生活も長いので、だんだん慣れてきたりするからもう少しで終わりなんて、信じられず。 周りの友達に、臨月をなめたらいけないと言われていたけど、本当その通り、お腹が大きくなるのもそうだけど、他にも色んな症状が出てきたり、割とラッキーに健康な妊婦生活を送ってきた私ですが臨月生活にはちょっと苦しんでおります。２週間ほど前の検診では、一時期はまだ横に寝ていると言われていたベイビーもちゃんとEngage（特定位置に頭が収まっている）していると言われました。 のジーンズ。これはちょうど１カ月位前。このジーンズはすっごくお勧めです。オーストラリアで売ってるマタニティージーンズよりもお腹のサポートの部分が大きいからとっても楽ちん。 その他にもAngelibeで売ってる授乳にも使えるパッド付きのキャミみたいのがお勧めで、私はこれを数枚買って、こればかりブラをする代わりに着てました。 Http:/ www.angelmaternity.com.au/. ちょっと長くなるので、私が出産する病院の事な...
