Karla's 100-Day Heart Challenge: Very Quick Check-In
http://karla100days.blogspot.com/2011/07/very-quick-check-in.html
Sunday, July 24, 2011. Sorry to have been so AWOL lately. Summer is a busy time for me. Lots of leaving the state and no access to the Internet. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not a zealot. I'm not living a "no sugar, not ever" life. But, I've been watching my caloric intake during this vacation, and I just knew I couldn't fit in the calories of a trip to Mr. Frostie's. See you all next week! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Other Heart Challenge Participants. On the Road Again.

Life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful! Tuesday, July 5, 2011. I think the biggest thing that is holding me back is my own fear as far as exercise and endurance is concerned. I have found that my time in the gym has shown how strong I actually am and that I can push myself further than I have tried to before. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Saturday, June 18, 2011. I was able to meet with Tracy and my trainer yesterday. It was an eye opener to get my numbers back and have them slap me in the face. I know I have a strong family history of heart disease, so I don't know where the lack of motivation for changing my lifestyle came from. It is now or never! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Since 2007, I’ve applied to be in the Heart Challenge knowing that my family has high risk factors. I lost my dad in January of ...Rose's ...

Sunday, July 31, 2011. On the Road Again. This past week was split between a few days of work and a few days at a family reunion at my sister's cabin located in Weber canyon. When I say on the road again, I literally mean it! I have great support at home with my husband and kids. My husband is doing great and keeping me motivated when I get discouraged. It is really nice to do this as a team. Monday, July 18, 2011. I spent the past week doing some of my favorite things. 1-time with my husband and boys.

http://loribertelsen100days.blogspot.com/2011/07/vacation-bliss.html
Monday, July 18, 2011. I spent the past week doing some of my favorite things. 1-time with my husband and boys. 2-biking and hiking in some of the most beautiful areas in the state. 3-time in the sun, swiming and relaxing. 4-staying up late watching movies and playing games which leads to sleeping in and not going to meetings. 5-driving, talking and laughing with the kids. They think they are really funny but I am sure it is just our odd family sense of humor. Grand Canyon North Rim. Cheryl's 100-Day Hea...
