http://lookingglasstudio.blogspot.com/2013/03/spring-is-here.html
Sunday, March 24, 2013. Good morning, good morning! Spring is finally here! Everything is in glorious bloom (almost everything). It is still very chilly and we are having our share of rain, hail and bits of snow but the sun is starting to win out over it. As I work on redesigning this blog, I will share progress reports and of course, new art. For my art offering this blog post, here is a photo of my mixed media garden girlie I have framed for my studio wall. She's 11 x 14 inches and I think I us...I sta...

Art Play Today: This is what happens when I avoid housework...
http://artplaytoday.blogspot.com/2014/01/this-is-what-happens-when-i-avoid.html
Some of My Art on Flickr. Thursday, January 16, 2014. This is what happens when I avoid housework. Yikes, I always have buyers guilt after spending that kind of money. At any rate, I have plenty to keep me busy for a long while! I couldn't resist the urge to sit down as soon as the kids were off to school. Of course I really should have been doing laundry, vacuuming, planning dinner etc. Now it's almost time for the kiddos to come home and (shameful) I'm still in my PJs! January 17, 2014 at 8:34 PM.

Monday, April 2, 2012. In like a Lion, Out like a Lion. Helloooo.from the studioooo! Wow, March was a windy, wet, frozen weather catastrophe here. Spring seems to be getting wilder here every year. It's o.k. though, more time to spend indoors in the studio painting and sketching to my little heart's content. Actually, I do my sketching in my magic chair. (As most of you know already, hee, hee). Beware little girl.Something wicked this way comes. Keep those paint brushes flippin' baby! Forever in art,.

Lookingglass Art Studio: July 2011
http://lookingglasstudio.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 25, 2011. Softly falls. As the crickets start their song, the crescent moon is seen rising above the painted garden. The tiny brook gurgles gently down it's lazy path between the willow trees and the large mop head hydrangeas nod their heads in the cool breeze. There by the split rail fence where the the clematis vines climb, a pretty little face peers out, moonlight reflecting in her violet eyes. 65279;Welcome to Kristin's Summer of Color's purple week.
