Yes, even the one about the cat in heat. Hang around long enough and I might even share that story, and hopefully plenty more that will show – rather than tell – you who I am. This post is a response to prompts from The Scintilla Project. Really ...

Repainting the Elvis Rock. Knitting for the Babies of Hiroshima. Sherlock Holmes: The Missing Muses. Sherlock Holmes: The Missing Muses. Repainting the Elvis Rock. Knitting for the Babies of Hiroshima. Sherlock Holmes: The Missing Muses. Repainting the Elvis Rock. The Elvis Rock is a local landmark, a huge rock at the side of the A44 with the word, ‘ELVIS’, painted on it. Some years ago, I was in the Angel in Aberystwyth. Read it here…. Enter your comment here.

Repainting the Elvis Rock. Knitting for the Babies of Hiroshima. Sherlock Holmes: The Missing Muses. Repainting the Elvis Rock. Midnight, and the road is clear. Black ice in the hollows and a rabbit. Lying mangled in the headlights,. Blood oozing black, fur no doubt still warm,. Blank eyes raised to the heavens;. Orion the hunter watches. Mindful of the meaning. The Norton hums beneath me. Barbed wire flickers as I pass,. Outlined sheep in the sickle moonlight. Huddle in corners, standing asleep;. Time d...
