Dialogues with My Muse. Saturday, 30 August 2008. Oh My God (Saturn vs Lohan). Yesterday's 8 Pack got me to thinking about the first thing I produced in Acid Pro. It was an experimental piece that was inspired by a couple of very disparate pieces of news that filtered their way to me. The first was a recording of a radio transmission that was recorded by the Cassini-Huygens probe to Saturn. It kind of reminded me of the eerie sound effects that they used in 1950's sci-fi B-movies. I started messing about with Acid 4.0 and haven't really touched it in a long time and wanted to familiarise with it again and start playing around musically. Friday, 26 October 2007. It's a dog's life. The only real tensions are between Hobbes and Bullett and occasionally Lilly and Bullett but its nothing that isn’t insurmountable and most of the time it’s easy to keep them separated.
