It was originally intended to be just a more modern spriting application, but I decided it might fair better if it was a more generalized tool. As of right now, there aren't that many tools, but there are plans to add more. It is still quite buggy. Here's a screenshot of the main interface. And here's another of the spritesheet exporter. You can find 64-bit Linux and OS X binaries here. The latest stable version is Bouncing Ball (P-1).
