You can now browse from one picture to the other without having to go back to the gallery itself for each picture. The finishing touches to some of the jobs mentioned in the previous blog will be completed on Monday leaving enough time to pack ready for the long journey home. At the last minute Mike has been requested to help set up a simple accounting package for the hospital pharmacy which he is hoping to finish on Monday with training of the accountant. Monday 11 Oct, 2010. Recipe for Cottage Cheese. 4 litres reduced fat or skim milk. 100 ml lemon juice or white vinegar. Saucepan stainless steel or enamelled. Pour the milk into the saucepan. Heat on hob until it is very hot, but do no boil. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Add lemon juice or vinegar.
