A GreenDay's song started this blog. 上个月在用kindle看《安静》时，看了约一半，kindle升级了。谁知升级完后，《安静》就再也打不开了。准确来说不是打不开，而是打开后kindle就强行退出了。 我试着重装，甚至把手机恢复出厂设置，都没办法解决这个问题。后来还发现另外两本书也有类似问题，于是我就向amazon投诉了。第二天，就有客服打电话过来了。第一次我还挂掉了，以为是推销的。第二次打过来，我一接，居然是amazon客服。心里挺惊讶的，因为反应速度超出我的预期。客服问了我几个问题，主要是手机型号，什么时候打不开，哪些书打不开等等。最后说，他们的工程师会看一下到底是什么问题，并对我的不便感到抱歉。挂了电话，感觉不错。 想起很久之前看的一部日本动漫《Bartender》。与动漫中的Bartender一样，书中的咖啡馆更多的是一种生活方式，一种生活态度。看这本书的原因大概是自己内心深处对那种生活方式有着些许憧憬吧。 每次更新goagent后，访问https网站都会出现一个证书错误。其实旧版goagent已经导入证书了，重新导入...这个月把这套书看完了，...

Cyrus IMAP and Outlook 2013. At 8:32 pm by jw. Nice short little “how to fix this” one. I upgraded to Office 2013 and found that when Outlook connected to my local IMAP server it wanted to keep most of the “special” folders locally. This didn’t concern me too much, except for the “Sent Items” folder, which I really want to keep and share between desktop reinstalls or just between the three or four machines I read and send email from these days.
