I am an Associate Professor at Missouri State University College of Business where I teach business law and alternative dispute resolution: negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. My research focuses on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and I have published a number of articles on that subject. ADR is a rapidly developing area of the law as a result of a number of cases recently decided by the United States Supreme Court, Circuit Courts of Appeal, and state Supreme Courts. Stanley A.
