This weekend we are rolling out two succulent seafood specials. Sure to compliment the sunshine; starting off we will serve a soy-glazed spearfish, grilled, with a chilled sesame soba noodle salad and finished with grilled broccolini. In the kitchen we are grilling up a flat-iron steak, with roasted pumpkin, mashed potatoes, carrots, and a ginger soy glaze. An approachable autumn special that will help warm you up and be a nice pre-peanut butter cup meal. Additionally, we will offer a seared Wahoo. Our sunny days are numbered, sad but true. Also numbered are the bottles released from Mahonia vineyard in the limited released “115” Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This wine is as rare as it is aromatic, and boasts cherry, cranberry, plum and raspberry notes, named for the Dijon Clone, a giant contribution to the quintessential Willamette Valley Pinot.
