Laughter is the Best Medicine. A daily-weekly blog about my adventures as a special education teacher. Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Last week my principal had a staff meeting about the swine flu issue. She said that we (the school community) are all safe from the swine flu because she prayed for all of us that morning. Oh lucky me. Then she went on the say, "I believe I am susceptible to the swine flu, but I will not get it. I am protected because I am covered in Jesus' blood! Links to this post. I teach specia...

Knitting Mama of 3: More sock needles from KnitPicks.com
http://knittingfor3.blogspot.com/2009/04/more-sock-needles-from-knitpickscom.html
Saturday, April 25, 2009. More sock needles from KnitPicks.com. Not being able to get gauge on several sock patterns I decided it was time to buy some size 0(2.0 mm). Also needed different size ones. Didn't realize that my hiya hiya's are 2.25 and my knitpicks size one's are 2.50. So I bought some size 0's in various cable lengths and size 1/2.25. I really like knitpicks needles and they are way cheaper than addi's or hiya hiyas. Good luck on your socks. I can't wait to see them! April 26, 2009 at 9:21 AM.
