Tuesday, February 26, 2013. It's no secret. I love snow. I can't wait for the prediction of a big snowfall. I 'm one of those people that flocks to the grocery store to load up on comfort food before the storm hits. I pray for snow days so we can sleep in. Well.we got it.finally! We spent day one hanging out with Henry and Tyler and then did some night sledding with Jake once the precipitation slowed down. Later in the afternoon, Kate and Rick decided to hit the Big Hill. I was shocked! It's a fast hill!

Maddie and I timed this shoot perfectly.no rain, some nice cloud cover, and warm enough temps so she was comfortable. This is exactly how I love to spend my late afternoons in the fall! Thursday, May 30, 2013. Mom asked if it would be ok if she and dad took a walk while I worked with just the kids. Let me just tell you.if your kids are old enough, that's a great tactic. Thursday, February 20, 2014. Long, cold winter. This is how Jake feels about pneumonia. Between viruses I was able to get out with my friends for some fun. I heard the band The Kin for the first time when they opened for Pink. They came back to St. Louis and played at the Firebird. It was the perfect Girls' Night Out.
