During my three years as a (RL) wandering ascetic bhikkhu (Buddhist monk) in Thailand, I learned that desire NOT to be given gifts was itself an attachment, and that allowing the giver to feel they were doing good was itself an act of kindness. Sunday, July 27, 2008. 6 months old already! I can hardly believe it! It still seems like yesterday we were driving to the hospital at 730 in the morning, little did we know the next time we would be home we would have Adam! And here we are, 1/2 a year over. Adam has grown so much and learned so much in this short amount of time it is amazing! He has also started saying "ma ma" granted he has no clue what he's saying but it's still darn cute!
