I had a baby! More on that later. But for now I wanted to show you some amazing photos from a maternity shoot I did with some friends. It was a collective job done by me, my hubby Justin, and our friend Mike Moore. The first set of photos were taken up at Mission La Purisima near Solvang, CA. I recently hosted a bridal shower and made these pots as game prizes. I was able to buy everything I needed from one store for about $7. They were quick and easy to make, and everyone loved them! Here’s what you’ll need:. 1 A terra cotta pot (cleaned with a damp cloth and dried). 2 Chalkboard paint and chalk. 3 A paintbrush )I used a sponge brush). 4 Any favorite herb plant (I used basil, thyme, and oregano). Allow the pot to completely dry and then apply touch ups as needed. April 17, 2011.

I shot this group of siblings/cousins a little while back. The parents decided with such a large, silly group of kids that we should confine them to the backyard. It just so happens their backyard has some amazing lighting and it went great! I shot several group shots, and then some individual. This particular group shot is my favorite.
