Using the Vitamix you can blend you batter to perfection and have it ready in an easy to pour container. Let's get started making blender crepes. Used in this Recipe:. 1 cup of evaporated skim milk. 1 Tablespoon of granulated sugar. 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Turn the blender on and slowly increase speed to Variable 4 or 5.
