Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Since the beginning of January I've been putting in the work. I'm tracking my food and water to make sure I'm paying attention to my nutrition and working out 5 days per week. That's the only way to get it done, eat enough of the right foods, stay hydrated, and be active. And it's working!
