What our customers think. Peter/Sara, just a short note to say thankyou for looking after Phoebe during her stay with you. She is an elderly dog now so we always worry about her going into kennels - needless to say we needn't have been concerned when she was in your safe hands. Your knowledge and understanding saved her life and she seems fully back to health . Others but fortunately have now found you as the place for 'our dogs to holiday'. Very best wishes to you all and once again our sincere thanks.

However, we have recently taiked to three veterinary surgeons who assure us that, with the modern vaccine, as long as the vaccine has been administered 10 days before the dog comes into the kennels the chance of it spreading the disease is miniscule. In the interests of your pets wellbeing we have therefore decided to now insist that every dog that is boarded with us is fully vaccinated against kennel cough and that that vaccine has been administered at least 10 prior to the dog coming to us.
