Making Sausage in Umegashima. I went to make sausages with deer meat at Umegashima. Matagi is a hunter to get deers or wile boars. He supplied deer meats. The first, we cut meats. The meats was minced. And we added salt, pepper, harb and lemon. The girl helped squeezed lemon. A deer was on her finger! The meats was filled in pig intestines. Thank you for all ♥.
