Being a lady in design surprisingly hasn’t presented too many opportunities to go super feminine on any project, but a nail based brand with key words like “high gloss, upbeat, professional, fun” certainly called for super feminine yay! RSPCA 2011 christmas cards. I was commissioned to design and illustrate a set of christmas cards for the RSPCA in 2011. After looking at the other cards they had for sale, I decided they needed something bright and fun so I went with a colour palette of 6 pantone fluros. I made all custom illustrations to go with their brief of “. A dog one, a cat one and a wildlife one. The photos don’t quite do the colours justice – they are so bright and punchy. THIS FISH is a Melbourne based organic fish importer which launched in 2013 with a focus on ethically farmed, chemical and hormone free fish. Their first product was frozen atlantic salmon fillets from the shetland islands. I was asked by fellow we heart collective. Member (and amazing photographer/videographer) Camille Santiago. To be a part of her exhibition Jungle Heart the cherry on top of her admirable year of fundraising for the WWF and conservation in Borneo. The Jungle Heart event was held at Southside Tea Room in Brisbane last night and raised a significant chunk of money for charity. Artists were briefed to make pieces that were relevant to the jungle / Borneo / orangutans /conservation.

When I got an email from AAA Financial Corp saying “Help, I desperately need a cute christmas card! 8221; last December, I was pretty chuffed. Such a perfect brief. I drew up this cute little combo of a deer and a happy Santa holding a golden wreath (red and gold are the brands colours) and the client was over the moon. So was I :).
