Back to shaneguymon.com. Too often these are the people that society and the religious communities condem and shun. These are the humans that we, too often, convince ourselves are the furthest from Christ. The one’s we consider unworthy of Christ’s Spirit. Yet when Christ was walking among the children of men, he desired to be closest to these people. So why would we not expect Christ to be closest to these people still? Why would we expect Christ to be any different now than He was when He was here?

It's been crazy around our place.when is it not? Needless to say we have been blessed and I now have some time to update and hopefully keep up with it more. :) I won't bore you with it all in one. Gemma had her first dance! We had a little snow. Austin was picked to be in a district wide PE extravaganza! We did some building.

Many of you know that Shane started the long process of jaw reconstruction about 7 years ago with braces. 2 1/2 years ago we had what we thought was the hardest and most intense surgery. They reconstructed both the upper and bottom jaw. The recovery was frustrating at times, but not as bad as we thought. Liquid diet for a few weeks, then soft foods, but it consistently healed.
