What are the chances of this? Links to this post. Debian/KDE 4.4.3 Upgrade. I did an aptitude safe-upgrade today and was pleasantly surprised to see that KDE 4.4.3 was finally in unstable. The only problem I had with the upgrade was that I got a black screen when I tried to re-login to KDE. Links to this post.

I have noticed that after the first session when I tried to restart TorBrowser, Tor would show that connection was made but no browser window would come up! Both tor.exe and firefox.exe *32 processes show in task manager though. One option is to go back to 3.6.2 as the Tor version hasn't changed as suggested by some users on the announcement blog post.

Linux, Debian, Technology, and various other thoughts. Picked up a Logitech M515. Mouse from Bureau en Gros/Staples ($40). The mouse is sealed at the bottom, except for the On/Off switch. It has one of those "unifying" receiver for the wireless function. Here the main points:. Scroll-wheel does not do the middle-click. If you do the middle click, it toggles the scroll wheel to free scroll or clickity-click wheel. The middle-click is done by the [o] button near the wheel. I like the smooth scrolling wheel.
