No sooner we finished up with our long-awaited baptism/blessing weekend, we went on a road trip for a double-header Thanksgiving. First stop, Thanksgiving in Detroit with Mike's side, and 2 days later Thanksgiving again with my parents. We were glad for more time spent and memories made with family. This year we were excited for Amelie to meet the big guy. As you can see, she was fine with it. No tears! And for the very first time, Julia was on board. Only took 4 years. We were all lying around in bed way too long, and then the kids just started giggling and having a great time with Amelie. We had been planning this weekend for a while and it was finally here. Elijah's baptism was on Saturday, 2 days after his actual birthday, and then we blessed sweet baby Amelie the next day at church. We had oodles of loving family and friends in attendance to celebrate both events. We are truly blessed. I love your updates!

In the fall, we had our first experience with lice. Ick! I was so sad to hear that that was her take away from the experience. Epic fail! Extra hugs and kisses after I heard that one. She draws very well. Notes" for Elijah's lunch box. I have no idea but I like it. Every week she is so excited for her class.
