Mike and Lucinda: April 2012
http://mikenlulu.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 07, 2012. Abraham's Second Million Egg Hunt. It appears that this is mostly a blog about hunting for eggs, since there is only one post since last Easter. They really hide the eggs well at this hunt. After waiting until everyone else had already started "hunting" for eggs, Abraham decided he might as well pick up a few eggs, too. Dad helped by holding the basket. Nah, I don't think I'll pick up that green and yellow egg. I've got plenty in my basket.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, June 28, 2012. Thursday, June 21, 2012. We took a slight detour on our journey to California to visit my dear friend, Angie, and her husband Nate, in Lewiston, Idaho. It was definitely worth the detour to be able to spend time with them. We were quite happy to find this bathroom on our way. Some tracks down by the river. Gazing intently at something. We got to eat lunch at the Rawhide on our way to see Palouse Falls in Washington. Lucky Abraham. :). Meeting Angie's horse, Tigger.

Mike and Lucinda: July 2008
http://mikenlulu.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 10, 2008. We took advantage of Home Depot closing to get some great deals on a few things for our house. We installed a new hanging pendant light in our dining room. And the ceiling is still intact! I was afraid it would collapse when we worked on it since it's so old. We also got a new faucet for our kitchen sink. And we have water pressure! You can actually rinse crumbs off of a plate without having to scrub! My most recent knitting project. I call it the button bag. In these pictures yo...

Mike and Lucinda: August 2009
http://mikenlulu.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 24, 2009. I've been reflecting today on how much our lives have changed in the past year. One year ago today I was teaching kindergarten at Faulkner Academy. Mike had just finished up five years of working at New Horizons and was beginning work as a therapist in Kokomo. And unbeknownst to us, Abraham was being knit together in my womb. God has provided for our little family in numerous ways since last August. Here are just a few. My sister Jennifer and her husband Matt also added Samuel to...

Tuesday, December 15, 2009. A Few Recent Pictures. My mom and dad are teaching me to love books already! Hey mom, do you think I can put it in my mouth? Here I am in my terrific flip diaper cover and my bumgenius babylegs! This is what I look like when I let my daddy pick out my clothes. I don't always match, but I sure am cute! And here's a little story starring our two boys. Hey, Huck, what's that you've got there? This is my Kong toy. I like to chew on it.". I bet we can both play with it!

Mike and Lucinda: The Redwoods
http://mikenlulu.blogspot.com/2012/07/redwoods.html
Monday, July 16, 2012. We tried to go see Mt. St. Helens, but it was too foggy. We settled for this little wetland instead. Oregon was full of Dutch Bros. Coffee. We were elated to discover that we were getting so close to In-N-Out! Driving through the clouds in northern California on our way to see the Redwoods. Abraham was thrilled to see giant Paul Bunyon and Babe. We are 98% sure that this is my dad. He's not convinced. Weeks later, Abraham is still talking about them.). Driving through a tree! Pictu...

Mike and Lucinda: July 2007
http://mikenlulu.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 09, 2007. The weekend before my mom had her surgery we cut down the big tree in our yard. It was right on 38th Street, which is a busy street. My dad did most of the cutting and a lot of thinking. Here are some pictures of the tree going down, and then the big ordeal of removing the stump! This is a picture of our house this winter. You can see how big the tree was in the background! And this is our new view! No tree in the way! The fence is also gone. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
