Friday, September 14, 2007. I've been doing Genie O'Malley's amazing breathework technique now for the last 11 days and am blown away by how I feel. I'm breathing "Grace" for inner knowing and it wasn't until yesterday that I even looked at the description for this particular set. Breathe to awaken confidence, connection and expression within the interpretation and action of wisdom. Allow your intuition to come alive and celebrate all that you are. What is going on here? Life is good and filled with grace.
