We've been dating since high school and all through college. Back in high school. I really can't image my life without him and love the relationship that we have made and can't wait to see what our future together holds. Hopefully a ring soon. * cough cough*. These cookies are definitely a go-to when it comes to baking and they are always satisfying.not to mention addicting! The sweetness of the butterscotch and texture of the oatmeal add to the appeal. 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 cup(2 sticks) butter (softened). 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar(packed). 1 tsp vanilla extract(or orange zest).

Tuesday, October 18, 2011. I'm sorry for being gone so long! These past few weeks have flown by being sick and having midterms, midterms, and more midterms. And on top of those my boyfriend got an absess in his throat the day before my biggest midterm! Great timing, right? Thankfully he is better and the midterms are finally done!
