Monday, April 7, 2008. Pineapple Tomyam Fried Rice. Eh eh doesn't sound like the normal combination I know but it taste good okay.hoho.why i so perasan one= =. It was quite hard to stir up a large batch of rice but it worked in the end.and for extra protein and colouring, i added egg and vege in it.there's also prawns because my friends likes prawns. The only hard part was to remove the flesh from the pineapple. Cheesecake, mango rice and pineapple rice all looks good! Yum yum. =P. The Two Musketeers : :.

Friday, January 25, 2008. Skewered Chicken With Grilled Cucumbers. Dinner was the basic chicken sticks and grilled cucumber with a bowl of white rice. Dessert: One short bread cookie made earlier in the afternoon. Time taken:to marinate chicken takes about 1 hour.every 15 minutes turn the chicken over for a well rounded grill.Onion could be marinated and added on to the skewers( i forgot about the onions till it was too late). It's quite unique, you cook your food on a grill laid on top of a bucket of burning charcoal. And not to mention that the food is yummy (especially the pork, if I didn't remember wrongly). The set meal offers quite a variety of food (but the price of course, expensive T T). I love interior of the restaurant too. Nice atmosphere. And of course, the name of the restaurant is.
